Shipping policy
After you place your order, it will be promptly forwarded to our shipping team for processing. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We use reliable shipping providers and local couriers within Australia to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Our current processing time is 1–2 business days.

We ship from our Australian warehouse. In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, it may be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. If this happens, please allow an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you do not receive your tracking details within 2 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@groundingwell.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
Missing items
If any items are missing from your parcel, please contact us at support@groundandrestore.co.uk Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages. If an error occurred, we will promptly send the missing items using express shipping to resolve the issue.
